LAST REQUEST; A LOVE STORY is a story of love, loss, and lessons learned. Katie Fitzgerald has returned to her childhood home to take care of her mother, Kedney, who is in hospice. To make the time pass, Kedney comes up with a game and challenges her daughter Katie to write a musical about her life, “and then you can sing it to me while I die.” Kedney’s extraordinary life was filled with passion, drama, humor, poetry, and for Katie, one significant surprise.
